About the Authors

Larry M. Howard holds degrees in teacher education and physical education. After working as a teacher and therapist, he became a seminar speaker, marketing consultant, vice president, and ultimately president of companies that specialize in nutritional and fortified food products. Since 2000, he has created, patented, and implemented nutritional therapies for pain, drug addiction, and depression.

Anthony G. Payne, Ph.D., is a biological theorist and science writer. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in biological anthropology, as well as doctorates in nutritional medicine and pastoral psychology (Aksem Oriental Medical School, Manila, Philippines).
